"No matter our age, we all have ancestry and accumulate life experiences, which often reshape us, transforming us from the perfect beings we were thought to be at birth. This accumulation, often referred to as 'baggage,' comprises both the positive and negative aspects of our past.
We often liken this accumulation to a cluttered cupboard in need of a thorough clear-out and reorganisation to restore order to our lives and emotions. Alternatively, some may relate better to the computing concept of 'defragmentation,' or the reordering of our internal 'hard drive.' In architectural terms, this process resembles creating 'negative space'—the essential removal of clutter to allow significant features to shine.
Regardless of the analogy, we can't simply discard our past and start anew; purchasing a new 'cupboard' or 'hard drive' is not an option. Instead, we must refurbish and reinvest in what we already have—the latest and greatest model available to us.
However, it's crucial to recognize that the depth of our emotional baggage and subconscious programming goes beyond simple analogies. Its impact on our emotional and physical well-being is profound and can only truly be understood through experience and guidance.
While addressing immediate symptoms is beneficial, our ultimate goal is to rid ourselves of all accumulated 'bad' baggage, creating space for new, positive experiences to flourish and become our champions."
If we break down our accumulated baggage into some simple categories and identifiable steps it looks and works for us like this:
1. Removal and correction of excess and imbalanced energies in the body (Emotion Code) – these are generated by unprocessed emotions, toxic absorption, viruses, injuries, malnutrition, traumas, and other significant events in our lives.
2. Correction of non-serving belief systems and negative subconscious programming (Theta Healing) – our belief systems and subconscious programs are both born with us and accumulated from our home and general environment influences. Non serving beliefs and subconscious programs can severely influence our quality-of-life experience and achievements.
3. Identification of misaligned goals and activities (Mind Mapping) – this is a process of harmonising, aligning the inner you with the outer you, putting an end to that unrealised mental conflict. Utilising connection with the subconscious and simple mind mapping techniques, we can discover the elements of our essence and those things that actually bring us joy. When we do this, we can narrow our focus within the endless range of choices and pursuits that modern life pushes at us. With confidence and contentment rather than an uniformed “fear of missing out” we can then allocate our tremendously precious time to doing these fewer things with more focus and with inner joy.
The 2 main modalities that all our work is originally based in are the Emotion Code and Theta Healing. Both these modalities use techniques to interact directly with the subconscious mind.
Once we have permission from our clients, this direct connection is made through a combination of muscle testing and specific questioning. As all things are energy and all energies are connected, we are able to connect specifically with our clients energies regardless of distance and location.
Getting beyond the conscious mind and directly to the subconscious mind is key to making effective and lasting changes. This could be learned by most, but is a skill not regularly practiced or learned in our fast paced modern industrialised and high tech society. Our practice and experience in these modalities, combined with our adapted techniques allows us to provide clients with a comprehensive “done for you” service where the level of client involvement is entirely at the choice of the client.
Regression or “reliving” of past events is not the intent nor the usual way we work with these modalities. Past issues are worked through with very minimal identification and deeply personal aspects are not sought nor required to be shared to achieve the outcomes.
This is a gentle space.
The aligning of your belief and program systems is an important and effective step in bringing forward your "positive" - as is our goal. Using our adaptation of the ThetaHealing® system we will identify and correct currently held non- serving beliefs and negative programming.
Our adaptation of Vianna Stibal's ThetaHealing® methods is closely aligned with the way in which we undertake the Emotion Code work which makes for a seamless transition with our clients. Just as in the Emotion Code where we do most of the work for you, we do not require our clients to directly enter a Theta state, undergo hypnosis or participate in any sort of regression or "reliving of past events".
In the first stage of our belief and negative program work we will focus on removing the non- serving and negative held beliefs and programs, sometimes replacing these with opposing positive and serving beliefs as we go. Once non- serving beliefs and programs are removed we can then look to the forward vision for your life and even install beliefs that reinforce and serve that vision, supporting your true self and future vision......
Home base is now in Lake Cathie, a part of the Port Macquarie region on the NSWmid north coast.
As you will come to understand, we can work with you no matter where you are in the world. For those that are local or wish to make the journey and wish to undertake sessions in person, these are conducted here at our home office.
Having previously resided in Canberra pretty much for all of our lives and developing a taste for the warmer weather on the beautiful South Coast of NSW, we are now blessed to be able to call the Port Macquarie region our home.
